this cat/kitten is sold as a pet, it must be neutered or spayed and may

| The
cat/kitten will be sold with appropriate shots and wormings and a current
health certificate. This cat/kitten is guaranteed for 72 hours.
If the kitten is found to be defective by the new owner’s veterinarian
,within the 72 hour period, the kitten may be returned and a replacement
will be given as soon as possible. The cat/kitten is also guaranteed
against genetic defects. If the cat/kitten is found to be defective
by a licensed veterinarian the cat/kitten will be replaced as soon as possible. |

| This
cat/kitten is NOT guaranteed by any conditions or diseases which may be
caught through contamination such as upper respiratory infections, ear
mites, fleas, etc. |
|
| Every
new owner of a Bluewater Bengal will be advised of the temperament of the
cat/kitten. Bluewater Bengals cannot be responsible for personality
issues once the animal leaves the cattery. |
|
| If
the new owner of the cat/kitten decides the animal is not appropriate for
them, Bluewater Bengals will help to re-home the animal. |
|
| Deposits
of $200 per kitten are required to reserve or hold a kitten. DEPOSITS
ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!! Once a deposit
is placed on a specific kitten, the deposit may not be switched. |
